From the desk of the Managing Trustee

In a fast changing and rapidly advancing world, it is delightful to see all the members of the school community embracing opportunity and possibilities, and honing skills and talents while developing new ones.

As we inch closer to celebrating five and a half decades of this wonderful institution, we take much pride in the versatility of our students, unfailingly demonstrated on the playground, in theatrical settings and within and beyond classrooms. With an ever-constant desire to remain rooted in tradition and values, we help them emerge as truly responsible modern citizens of the world.

Our IBDP, MYP, and IGCSE students performed excellently in the 2023 board examinations. Out of the 100 students who appeared for the IB Diploma Programme examination, 10 students scored 40 points or more, and 33 students scored between 39 and 35 points out of a maximum of 45 points. Likewise, our 5th cohort of MYP received an average of 42 points as compared to the world average of 37.56 points out of a maximum of 56 points.

55 Cambridge IGCSE students appeared across 14 subjects in the board examination, with 140 A*’s and 104 A’s in these subjects. Four students have scored A*’s in all the subjects they chose. Heartiest congratulations to each and every student.

All our staff members (teaching/non-teaching/security/support) passionately play their parts in their commitment to help our students excel and they are commended for the same.

The Parent Teacher Association and the Jamnabai Narsee Alumni Association have been very active and supportive throughout the year. I appreciate them for organising many events and programmes zealously which are very beneficial and pleasurable for everyone in the school community.

Friends, it's been a memorable year. We look forward to the next one with a renewed sense of purpose. May all thoughts and actions prove to be exemplars of the school's attempt to achieve excellence in every endeavour.
